Where does your produce come from?

Best Seafood Grocery's produce is sourced from the Sydney Fish Market, Sydney Fruits and Market Wholesales and from our network of suppliers in Australia. With years of experience in the industry, we make sure your products are always fresh and comes from a highly reputable source so you’ll always be satisfied with your order.

What if a product I want isn’t available?

In the event that a product you’re after isn’t available, please contact us and we’ll try our best to have the product available as soon as possible.

I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email?

What is the minimum orders?

Minimum order is $50 on all orders.

Do you do Wholesale orders delivery for restaurant and businesses in suburbs and how much it will cost?

Yes, we do.We are currently delivery for businesses included restaurant around the Australia wide. Please contact us by email to info@bestseafoodgrocery.com.au to discuss. 

What areas can you deliver and what are the delivery times and costs?

We are currently delivery accoss Sydney Metro, Blue Mountain, Central Coast, Wollongong, Southern Highlands, Newcastle, Canberra, NSW Northern Rivers, Brisbane Metro, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Adelaide Metro, Perth, Melbourne Metro, Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong, Mornington and Gippsland.

For order $150 and above - FREE Delivery

What’s the latest time I can place an order?

- Same day delivery within 25km from Cabramatta - Orders before 3:30pm

- Next day delivery for more than 25km radius from Cabramatta in across Sydney - Orders before 12 midnight

- Blue Mountain, NSW Northern Rivers, Brisbane Metro, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Adelaide Metro, Perth, Melbourne Metro, Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong, Mornington and Gippsland - Orders before Monday 11:59pm cut-off time

- Central Coast, Newcastle - Orders before Tuesday 11:59pm cut-off time

- Southern Highlands, Wollongong, Canberra - Orders before Wednesday 11:59pm cut-off time

 

Can I order in advance?

Yes, you can specify the date you want your item to be delivered up to 7 days in advance. Christmas and New Year Eve Orders will open 15 days in advance.

Do You offer Same-Day Delivery?

At the moment, we offer same day delivery within 25km radius from Cabramatta before 3:30pm. More than 25km radius from Cabramatta in across Sydney orders before 12 midnight to get the next day delivery or please check with us for your area delivery timeframe. We suggest subscribing to our mailing list to find out when new delivery options become available.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Currently, we only offer delivery on weekends within 25km radius from Cabramatta. However, special requested orders can be arranged to be delivery on weekends and Public Holidays.

Can I pick up my order from your location?

At the moment, we have no Click & Collect option. To avoid unnecessary handling and viewing of products we do not offer a click and collect service.  All orders will be packaged by our specially trained staff and delivered in temperature-controlled packaging to your door.

Do you provide ETA on my delivery?

Once your order is booked for delivery, you will get a SMS with the ETA.

How do I know when my order is on its way?

When you place an order with Best Seafood Grocery, you will be notified by text message for your estimated delivery time and when your delivery is on the way.

Are your trucks refrigerated?

All Best Seafood Grocery delivery trucks are refrigerated to ensure that orders are kept under temperature control.

Do you re-collect the packaging that my order arrived in?

We do not take it.

How are my goods packaged for delivery?

We make sure that all products included vegetables will be well-packed with the boxes packaging and all seafood stays properly insulated by using an insulated Styrofoam container packaging designed to keep all products cool and ice packs for optimal conditions during transport. It will stay the frozen for up to 2 hours.

What if I am not at home?

Please ensure that you are home to receive your order. If no one is home, our driver will leave your delivery at your doorstep or in a safe place. Your order will always be packed with ice/gel packs, and our temperature-controlled packaging will keep your seafood cold for up to 2 hours.

If by chance you receive your order offsite – then we will require photo identification in order to ship out your seafood.

What if there's an issue with my order?

If the order you receive is incorrect or there are missing items, please contact our Customer Service Team by email to info@bestseafoodgrocery.com.au accordingly. Emails are attended to during normal business hours. Please contact us with information about the product, a description of the fault and pictures, and your proof of purchase. We'll get back to you and send you the correct item as quickly as we can.

Can I return my goods after I receive it?

We allow inspection of goods before accepting delivery so you can check the quality but once the delivery is accepted, we do not allow returns. For health and safety purposes as our product is perishable produce these are not returnable or exchangeable. However if there is an error or damaged goods we will replace the product or refund and must be reported within the first 24 hours of your delivery.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

Email us at info@bestseafoodgrocery.com.au and we can track the truck to ensure it is on the way.

What if my order is late?

Sometimes things outside of our control may cause a delay.  However, we will always try and proactively contact you if we become aware that your order might not arrive within the estimated time of delivery, and our team will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Due to the fluctuating cost of seafood, fruit, vegetable and foods supplies in general, Best Seafood Grocery set our prices based on seasonal changes, we are reserving the right to vary prices WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
